Quality of Service

We aim to provide clients with consistently excellent advice of the highest quality. Any client not satisfied with our service or bill of costs should immediately notify their concerns to the person carrying out their work, and to Maryam Taher (if she is not the person carrying out the work). A copy of our Complaints Policy is included in our Terms of Engagement and is available to any client on request. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution together clients could choose to then pursue a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman http://www.legalombudsman.org.uk
